Standing Art Committee

As stewards of the Church of St. Henry's we hold in esteem the expression of liturgical art as essential and significant in worship. We uphold the values of quality and appropriateness in the selection or commissioning of artworks to be placed within worhip, gathering space and chapel. Liturgical art, harmonious with church architecture, reflects our cultural heritage and overall spirituality of our church. Artwork invites the faithful into contemplation, wonder and awe in God's presence.

Donations are the only resource for purchases at this time. The Pastor in dialogue with Standing Art Committee, and if requested with donor, explore liturgical art opportunities. Final approval rests with the Pastor.
